The Kickstarter campaign NOVA does not use a camera or identify users by their voices. You can turn the microphone off. Stored memories are designed to be viewable, editable and removable in Dot Station.

How we collect and use personal information
PRIVACY NOTICEWe collect and use the information below to run the NOVA beta test. You may decline consent, but participation in the beta test may then be restricted.
| What do we collect? | Required — Name, contact details (KakaoTalk support account), device ID, voice commands and conversation records, device usage logs (response times and errors) Optional — Survey responses, gender and age group |

| How do we use it? | To connect devices and provide the service, improve speech recognition and conversation quality, diagnose errors, provide technical support, and collect and analyze beta feedback. |
| How long do we keep it? | We retain information for up to 6 months after the beta test ends, then destroy it without delay. Information that must be retained by law is kept for the required period. |
| How are NOVA's memories managed? | NOVA stores only memories you approve . You can view or delete individual items in the app. When deletion is requested, the associated server records are also deleted. |
| Is information shared externally? | As a rule, personal information is not provided externally. Service providers entrusted with speech recognition and language-model processing handle it only for the necessary purposes and within that scope. You may request details of these providers. |
| Want to review or delete your information? | You may withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion at any time through our KakaoTalk support channel or Support page. |
